TD-W8961N wifi doesn't work
For hardware versions Im seeing Ver:3.20 so I assume its this one? Im in the EU area.
The cable connection does work but the wifi with the other pc upstairs and every mobile devices in the house does not. I am able to see the wifi connection with all the devices and even access it, but it just doesn't work. The signal power is always at its maximum. Please help

Based on the LED lights on the TD-W8961N, the internet is off and I guess both the Ethernet connection and wireless connection did not have internet;
So I wonder how did you test the cable connection from the modem?
If possible, please try to log into the web interface of the TD-W8961N to check the following information:
The DSL status and WAN status;
By the way, who is your internet service provider and what kind of connection type did you use, PPPoE or Dynamic IP?

no, the ethernet connection does work, its just the wifi that doesn't, in all of the devices in my home and another computer.
the internet provider is tim and the connection type is pppoe.

i am sorry br but i think your answer is wrong i have same problem my wireless led is light but
i can not connect to to modem ( i can not see name bssid)
i try change name bssid
and my sitting (access point active)
and i try change channel 1,2....
is work only ethernet and
test update firmware 2.0.0 Build 160815 Rel.34713
all these steps or solve not work
???

l could not see the wireless SSID (evert thing sitting is correct (access point is active) .... ect)
i try use pc for see the wireless ssid i can not see name th wireless ssid .
wireless led is light
