Got the router a month ago. Worked great.  2.4ghz dropped all of sudden.  Tried factory reset. Tried turning on and off the radio. Tried multiple channels. No device can find the 2.4ghz SSID.  5ghz still works great.  Running latest firmware.  Really dont want to throw away this $60 and get a different brand.  Any ideas

Thanks for reaching out to us. 

Please reset your router again and make sure reset is successful: with router powered on, please press and hold the reset button until all LEDs turn on to reset the router to its factory default settings.

If 2.4G is still invisible, I am afraid the 2.4G wireless module of your Archer AX50 is faulty. Please contact your local support for warranty process:
