I can't set up my new AX5400 router as it show red LED no internet connection. Anyone can assist here?

Hello @Jeffrey1031,

 

Can I know who is your ISP? Please be sure you do have internet access when connecting a computer directly to the ISP modem, then we can configure the router to connect to the internet.

 

If the modem gives you internet access, please go through the setup video to review all the basic settings on the AX73 router, then confirm if it connects:
