Hi,

I am having issue with my archer c80, I configured my 2.4 and 5Ghz ssid like this.

Wifi_2.4G and Wifi_5G and  Guest enabled

But somehow the 5G showing a different ssid name like Wifi_2.G  or Guest5G. and I cannot even connect to it. Because it is showing wrong password.

 

My archer c80 is new and I dont want to return it because the shipping will take too much time. So wondering if anyone here experience this and actually fix the issue. Thank you.

Smart Connect is not enabled on my side, I think it needs sometime before it actually show the correct SSID.

You should be correct, the router takes some time to reboot and run completely once it is restarted, so you may need to wait minutes to get them both up and running.
