Model: Archer A6
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Not sure

Hello

After firmware upgrade today through Tether App in mobile Archer A6 has become brick and not working. All lights are ON but not able to connect to internet. In Tether app, it shows 'offline' status and also i am not able to restart router too. I am not sure what to do.

Please help me to restart my router or do firmware upgrade, etc. It has to work and without internet it becomes very difficult to work at home and take some online classes.

Thanks and Regards

Anjali

Try to reset the router to its factory defaults like this:

If the router starts normally go ahead and re-configure from scratch.

If the issue persists contact your local support for assistance.

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue and mark the post as a "Recommended Solution".
