Model: TL-WA860RE
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version:

Hello i have two devices of the said extender( one V6 and one V5). I also have 100mbps down and 10mpbs up from my router. When i connect the extenders to the router they only go up to 30~35mbps max and thats when i have the plugged in the wall directly next to the router. When i put the extenders to other rooms they usually reach 20-30mbps when they say they are capable of 150mbps. Also the connection is unstable for instance i watch a show for 20 mins and suddenly the speed is down to 10mbps, then when i speedtest they slowly but steady reach 20-30mbps and after that first speedtest they instantly jump to 20-30mbps to the other 2-3 speedtest i do before continuing with my show or my youtube video. Btw i did do firmware updates for both of them to the latest version

@Giannis_K OK, are the two repeaters being plugged into the router? Or are you expanding the network by connecting one repeater to another? , Second point , this repeater is a single band in the case 2.4GHz ,And for the speed, plus the 150Mbps of the N technology, it should stay in that average of 30 to 40Mbps, due to the limitation of the device itself, now this issue of the sudden drop in speed,It's unusual, so I await your response so I can try to help you.
