When I try and access my router remotely, the web interface is corrupt. Access it locally and it's fine. Any ideas?

Refresh the page and sometimes it loads. However, I can't logon. Type password and press logon - nothing.

Make sure you are with the latest FW for the router.

Any intermediate devices between your ISP and the WR940N ?

Try changing the remote management port to something different:

 

Then try from an external network: http://<your public IP address>:51080 and see if that makes any difference.
