Firmware Version: 1.0.4

Hello community,

 

I have a x20 dsl which was configured months ago. I am trying to configure it again because I switched an ISP.

When I am trying to complete the quick setup I always get an error to try later and the configuration is falling.Only resetting the deco solves the problem but I do not think its's a solution.

 

Need help to solve the issue in better way.

Welcome to the community.

I see the Deco X20-DSL is online now under your TP-Link ID from the cloud server and have you fixed the issue by yourself already?

If yes, would you mind sharing with us how?

 

Or actually, you already reset it again and now the Deco starts working again?

If it is the case, have you ever saved any screenshots of this error message during setup?

And it is also highly appreciated if you could record a short video clip about the setup process.
