5Ghz is turned on but not working
I upgraded my router's firmware and I can't connect to the 5ghz network (it's turned on).
The only fix that I found is i change 5ghz wifi settings like channel width from automatic to something else. But next day it just won't work again so I need to change it back. It's very annoying. Does anybody know a solution

Hello @Bgf12
Can I know which channel are you using when it is working? When it stops working, you can still see the 5G network, but fail to connect to it? What is the error message?
When did this issue start to happen? When did you buy the router? How about the wired connection and 2.4G? Are they still working fine?
You mentioned you upgraded the router firmware, does it mean the issue starts after you upgraded the firmware? If yes, I would suggest you reset the router to factory defaults then reconfigure it from scratch to check and connectivity again.
