Model: Deco X20-DSL
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I am about to migrate from FTTN to FTTP. I have an X20-DSL with 2 additional Deco units. To change the Operation Mode from Modem Router to Wireless Router do I need to reset the device before connecting to the new FTTP service, or simply connect from the NTD to one of the LAN ports? Has anybody had any problems with this transition?

  @MattD5000

Hi, there is no need to reset the device before changing the operation mode.

And after changing working mode, if you need to change some configurations of IPV4 settings, please go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPV4 to adjust the internet connection type or other details.

Thank you very much.
