Hello,
Could you output us the pop up that shows up after clicking that "Search" button ?
You should be able to check multiples bands there.
Unless you have only one band available one your carrier antenna.

Hello,

After choosing the right location (UAE) here : https://www.tp-link.com/fr/choose-your-location/

I managed to find the correct firmware (version 210914), that enables band selection.

After the firmware upgrade, the band selection is in the following menu :
Tab "Advanced" -> Network -> Internet -> Band, And change from "Auto" to "Manual".

The modem will be searching for the available bands and you will be able to check which bands you want.

The firmware is here : https://www.tp-link.com/ae/support/download/archer-mr600/v2/#Firmware

Hi,the LTE Band selection feature on MR600 V2 official firmware is correct, and after searching manually the available band, you could select one band, two or more bands at the same time, please try to search the band again.

Here is an instruction for your reference: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/3099/

Note: selecting the band manually is to inform the base station which band or bands we would like to use, but whether and how the bands will be aggregated is related to the base station as well, we are unable to force it to work on 4G+ or force it to work on a specific band combination. Therefore, when you select two or more bands, the MR600 might work on only one band as well. If your SIM card supports different band combinations in 4G+ mode, you could also try other supported band combinations.

Hi, After I select manual 2 bands to got 4g+ mimo to use. Can I select which band is first and which is second? Maybe you think, *that's not important, its work still* but it is not. I have bands 1,3,7,20 sometime 28 and I use 3,7 if I can, because those is higher freq. and also more faster than 1,20,28. I have noticed, if my modem connect band 7 first, my connection is slower than its connected 3 first. I got that information advanced page and there its show singal strengt, quality ect. also its show normally one band number, 7 or 3. When its show 3, my connection is faster than its show 7. So, Can I change which one its connected first? I have in use both bands even its show 7 or 3, its 4g+ state. If I cannot do anything about that, can you make some changes your firmware, which allow to do that, so I dont need search band again and again to got that 3 there :) Also that band 7 have weak signal, so its quality can be really bad, band 3 is strong and stable. But if both work fine, I got really nice speed and latency. Sorry about my bad english, hope you got what I try to tell :)

Hi, sorry for that our 4G router doesn't allow to select first band and second band when selecting multiple bands, the actual band uses finally depends on the base station as well.

Therefore, if you would like to use band 3 first, it is recommended to select band 3 only to see if it works fine and if speed is better than that when selecting both band 3 and band 7.

Hi, ty your fast answer, I think that too and I hate that my operator shut down band 7 at night and also my modem still show that its 4g+ state, even there is only band 3 in use and band 7 signal is gone. That is easy to fix, just search bands again and select what you need, when band 7 is up again (and I know that its down between 1am-7am (but I like to play games that time, low latency). I think some other thing... Is it possible to make modem work that way, when its use only band 3, but its use both antenna (mimo state) and that way its 4g+ state but only one band? I'm not specialist this kind of things, very noop actually, just know how to use modem, basic things. Jus throw some ideas, what is prob. just impossible ideas. But as many say, its not stupid to ask, even question is stupid haha :) Actually that is possible when you have 2 modems and you connected both modems to your PC and you add both in use, I think its can be done, somehow, linux or even win11, not sure about that, but you need 2 connections on your PC so its can use both same time, not sure if it can be done like lan and wlan system same card or you can buy usb wlan and use pc lan card, well I need think about that... but I think its only what kind of software can be use and if some1 allready make that sw. Prob. linux is best change to get that option, but you still need 2 different modem conection, but they can be same band :) its just idea from dreamworld lol
