I have a TLWR941HP working in Access Point mode, connected via Ethernet cable to my ISP router. WiFi devices connects fine and are able to browse Internet, however, at some point they stop having Internet access, they are still conected to the TLWR941HP but without Internet access. I also have a PC connected via Ethernet cable to the TLWR941HP and it does have Internet access even when the WiFi devices don't, my ISP router also have Internet. I have to turn off the TLWR941HP and then turn it on again to make it will work again. This happens 3 to 5 times per day, some days it won't happen at all.

Other thing I notice is that the admin page says my TLWR941HP is a V2 hadware version, if I look at the back of the TLWR941HP in the serial tag it also says V2, but the log says Hardware Version: TLWR941HP v1.0.

I have tried using it in Router mode also, and the same issue happens.

It failed around 20:30, I turned off/on and it worked fine until arounf 22:50 when I turned off/on again.

Judging by the FW version, you have the HW v2 of TL-WR941HP.

Make sure that your main router cable connects to TL-WR941HP WAN port.

Use a strong wireless security like this:

 

 

During these loses you could observe the Internet sttaus from the ethernet connected PC here:

 

 

If the Internet status changes during these loses you may try another ethernet cable (CAT 5e/6) or change the LAN port on your main router's side.

If the Internet status doesn't change during these loses, then probably you have a problem with your TL-WR941HP wireless radio. In this case you can contact your local tech support to advised further.
