Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Based on the screenshots, you have locked the 4G band to Band 3, network type 4G only, may I know if you have the same issue when using 4G preferred and auto band?
If so, please confirm the following information:
1. How often does the LTE disconnect? such as once a day, or at specific time every day?
2. Please change band back to Auto and Network Mode as 4G Preferred, then please check if it works on Band 3 automatically, and when the problem happens next time, please don't restart it, you could login the web interface and take screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page, then go to Advanced->System Tools->System Log page to save a log file. Then please send them to us for troubleshooting.

Thanks that you care.
1. it disconnects randomly. More times per day
2. Now I have it so configured:
Band 38 is manual, because of previous issue with wifi disconnecting

Hi, thank you very much for the reply.
Since the status shows connected and you mentioned the screenshots was done later, so when you loses internet access, it always reconnects automatically without rebooting the router, right?
In addition, the screenshot is not very clear thus I am unable to read the firmware version at the bottom, however, there is a "1" on the update icon on the top right side cover, which usually means there is a new firmware available, could you please double check the current firmware version? If it is not the latest one build 210601, please update the firmware to latest version.

hi @Sunshine
I don't need to restart. it is enough just to login to the router. I have latest FW but I still can see as you mentioned some update. I did reset the router to default, but it didn't help.
