Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210119 Rel.31129n

Hi All,

 

I am facing frequent disconnects in 4G connection. Already tried following things and these are not working:

 

1) Upgraded to latest Firmware : 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210601 Rel.32393n

2) Upgraded to Beta firmware: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210119 Rel.31129n

3) Band Fixed

4) Channel Fixed as 1

 

This is quiet frustrating as calls keep droppings due to this. Please let me know how to resolve this. As this seems to be a common issue in the TP Community.

Hi,

May I know how is your SIM card carrier?

Could you please send me a picture of the advanced>status page before and after the 4G connection dropped?

Please also help me save the system log when the connection dropped?

@TP-Link Network is VI india... And connection drops  and reconnects in 3 ro 4 secs, hence difficult to see system log

Hi, did the connection drop out very frequently, like how many times within one day?

Did both wireless and wired Ethernet connections have the same issue?

Could you please also try to change the channel to be 11?

And except for the online calls, did you also experience disconnection on other network activities?
