Hi,

I've tplink m7650 which should be cat 11  and super supporting the 4g plus, the sim on my mobile showing the plus mark and the speed test reaches 130 Mbit.

but the same sim removed from the phone and inserted into the modem which reveals no plus mark and the speed just touches about 40 Mbit. 

I tried to change the bands through the ip address and entering the router page but I didnot find the option and just  remembered that the tplink support  told me previously by email that the SNR and RSSI cannot be viewed in this version (hope will be solved in future update)and I think the same for band selection and merging option...

so my question, do you have any idea please how to solve this problem? is it a fault within the modem?? Is there anyone faced the same problem?
