Problemas de conectividad etc

Hola tengo varios problemas con un modem router TD-W8961N se pone lento el internet no permite entrar en la interfaz de configuración la cual es 192.168.1.1 y una vez más q otra simplemente los tlf o lapto no se conecta. Hay q estarlo reiniciando o apagando para q vuelva a funcionar desde q lo compre hizo esa falla lo lleve a la tienda a la semana de comprado y me lo regresaron igual q no tenía nada dónde lo puedo llevar para solventar ese problema gracias d antemano

The current model 8961N V3 has been end-of-life for quite a while and May I know how long have you had the model?
If you just bought it, it would be better to return it and get the latest model instead.
If you had it for a while, I see it supports DSL bridge mode. We can test whether it could work as a DSL modem only.
If yes, adding an additional router behind to provide wireless coverage would also be a workaround.
