Hi, are you using 3G/4G Router mode? please make sure your SIM card itself is working fine, then insert it to the MR100 properly.

If no internet access, please send us the screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page.

 

In addition, may I know who your SIM card carrier is? and was it working fine before with this SIM card? please also test other different SIM card if you have.
