TL-WR840N Orange light blink continuously and no internet
Orange light blink continously and no Internet, even after reset the device. Same Orange light blink with and without ethernet cable.

Hi,
Below is a screenshot from the user manual of your router model.
An orange blinking LED means there is nothing connected to the WAN port.
Therefore you should verify that the Ethernet cable you are using is not defective. Best would be to try a second cable.
Also make sure the Ethernet port of the other device (i.e. modem, ONT, etc.) is working properly.
Is this a brand new TL-WR840N or have you had it in use before?
