M7650 not working with GlobalProtect VPN
Router is working fine until I connect to corporate VPN, which is Global Protect.
At that point, first G4 connection rate drops to 0.0k/s and then also Wi-Fi connection is lost.
Given the fact I bought the device to work remotely, I would need your support to have the issue fixed.

Hi, may I know if you have any other 4G router available to test? If so, please insert the same SIM card into another 4G router and connect the same computer with GlobalProtect VPN to test if internet works fine and stable when the VPN is connected.
By the way, when the VPN is connected, the issue only happens on the specific computer with the VPN, or all the other client devices without VPN also lose internet?

Hello, I've tried the same SIM card with my mobile phone as hotspot and VPN is working properly.
When VPN is connected all devices lose internet and then also Wi-Fi connection to the Tp link.

@Sunshine it's the second thread I post and for both times I was asked a question and never received support after providing required info.
router works great without VPN, but I bought it for business and it would be a pity to return it, when maybe the issue could be fixed.

1. Screenshot of Status page on M7650 web interface when internet stops working
2. System Log file saved on Advanced->Device->System Log page
3. How often does the problem happen when VPN is connected?
