When try to send test email, nothing arrives. Authentication needed and enabled. Password field filled and saved, but it is always automatically cleared after page reload.

 

Server:

smtp.seznam.cz

 

Port is 465, but there is no field for enter this.

From/To/username

I've used all the same, try anything existing or create your own @seznam.cz :-)

 

Any help please? Or is it a bug in firmware?

Hi,

 

It looks like TP-Link routers (not sure about the most recent models) only support sending e-mails through SMTP servers that allow unencrypted connections (without SSL/TLS stuff) at port 25.

 

However, in the year 2022 it might be difficult to find a reputable public e-mail service that still allows this. So, if you can't find any, then your only chance would be to setup an e-mail server on you own withing your home network.
