This WAN MAC address seems abnormal. Can I know when did you purchase the router, and when did the issue start to happen?

 

It seems you are using the router as WISP mode, what if you change it to router mode, will the WAN MAC become normal?

 

If nothing makes it display a normal MAC address, we recommend reaching out to the local tech support, so they can work with you in looking into the issue further or help with the replacement:
