Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20220221 rel.50072(5553)

I have 11 of these routers spread over 5 houses in 2 countries. Most of them were purchased as "Refurbished" via Amazon. In my Tether App (where I am properly logged in with my TP-Link ID) I can see / access only 4 of them via "Cloud Device". The Option "Advanced" mentioned in some of the posts here is not visible in the App nor the web interface.

What can I do to have all my devices connected properly to the Cloud?

  @DrFrank

Here's a guide on how to configure and bind your TP-Link ID to your router.

Here's a troubleshooting guide for the TP-Link cloud service.

Also you can browse through this thread to check if that's your case having bought a refurbished devices.

If you can't see the Advanced tab in the router's web management interface, it means the router works in Access Point mode.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".
