Model: Archer AX21
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I am using an Xfinity cable modem and want my TP-Link to be a wired bridge. I have cat5e cable from my basement to the office my current setup is cable modem that provides DNS and Linksys wireless/wired router connects to it by wired bridging with my printer and computer cat5e wired and the IOT devices connected via wireless.

Can not seem to get briding to work on TP-Link. Any info or help appreciated/

When mentioning AX21 in bridge mode I presume that you've meant the AP mode. Use (Case 1) from the guide if that's the mode you need.

No, I meant Bridge mode. I have a wired connection between the modem (which provides DHCP, DNS,etc) versus AP mode that is os for wireless connectivity.  I want the TP-Link to be on the same internal network as the router/modem.

That's exactly what I've meant - you need to switch AX21 to so called 'AP mode' to have it in the same internal network for connecting wired/wireless clients and avoid a double NAT. Click on the hyperlink from my previous post and go through the Case 1 to see the details about this topology.
