Just installed the tpPLC Utility and it does not work

Just installed the tpPLC Utility and it does not work
My pc is connected through a TP-Link Powerline to the Router which is also connected to a TP-Link Powerline. I am connected as I can send this request for help. But the Blue Window screen states there is no device connected and continues to search.
I have uninstalled the and reinstalled the software and also restarted my pc, same problem.
Hope somebody can help?
