Bonjour

Je dispose d´un kit extensor wifi powerline AC600 TL-WPA4221.

L´incidence est la suivante:

Sur mon PC je recois le signal wifi 100%, par contre, lorsque j´active la connection mon PC ne se connecte pas.

Pourriez-vous svp m´aider par vos conseils pour résoudre cet incident.

Pour complément d´information, j´ai tenté de résoudre par un reset aussi, l´extender je l´ai change de Prize de courant, j´ai également reset mon router mais malgré ces tentatives j´en suis au même point imposible de mi conector.

Par avance merci pour aide.

Hi, have you seen the powerline lights lit up on both master unit-4010 and the extender 4220?

Please also check the IP address of the clients when they are connecting to 4220 to make sure they are getting a valid IP address from the main router, instead of 4220.

How to check the IP address of your devices

Just in case the issue was caused by the smart DHCP on 4220, please have a look at this link:
