Router incorrectly shows Internet status

Firmware Version: 2.0.0 0.9 v6034.0 Build 201124 Rel.53748n
Hello, in my router settings it shows "Internet Status: Disconnected" and in the diagnostic settings the very first step fails "Network Connection Status Inspect (NCSI): Fail" I also had this problem with my former router/provider I tried searching on the internet but nothing helped.
I couldn't find my Router in the Model section but it is the EC230-G1
