Archer VR2100 High Pkts Error and Low Speed

A few days ago I bought and installed a Tp-Link Archer VR2100 (EU) v1. modem. At first, everything was working well. The modem connection speed was acceptable and the wifi range was satisfactory. However, after about 12 hours I started facing some speed and ping problems. At the time the problem got fixed after a restart and I didn't place much importance on it.
After the problem kept getting repeated I contacted my ISP and got them to change all the cables. But this didn't solve the problem. My old modem worked perfectly with the old cables and it still doesn't have any connection problems. I thought the problem was on the new modem after all and got Amazon to change it with another one. But the result is still the same. I am posting my problem here as a last hope. If I can't find any, I don't have any choice but to return it back.
