Samsung Printer Cannot connect to WIFI - AX10
HI,
I have a Samsung M2880FW printer that cannot connect to the AX 10 Wifi network. I tested two other routers from different manufacturers and the printer was able to connect to them without any problem.
Note that Smart Access functions are turned off and I have 2 SSIDs (one for 5GHZ and the other for 2.4GHZ) as I have other devices at home that can only connect to WIFI at 2.4GHZ only
I performed a long Troubleshooting without success
The actions I did that did not help are:
Changing the SSID name to a short name with only letters
Change password
Changing the WiFi settings for all possible combinations (WPA/WPA2/WPA3/PSK/TKIP+AES/AES)
I removed the security - access to WIFI without a password
Removal of transmission of WIFI 5GHZ
Changing the WIFI channels (1-12)
Changing the frequency to 20/40HZ
Changing the status of the WIFI (N Only/GN Mix/ BGN Mix)
Removing the OFDMA + TWT features
Setting a static IP address on the printer for the same Subnet
Set Reservation in DHCP for the MAC address of the printer
Attempting to connect via WPS - the process gets stuck and does not continue
Firmware update of the printer
Reset printer to factory settings
Reset router to factory settings
The only way the printer was able to connect is to a guest WIFI (with security, same password) - of course is not a solution
I saw here in the forum that there were other people who reported the exact same problem but there is no reference to solving the problem
