Hello,

I have recently buy 3 4G routers Archer MR600 v3.

1st works with no problem.

the other 2 with the same APN setting no connection to ISP.

ISP Vodafone Greece custom apn

Any help?

Hi, based on the system log, it is the APN incorrect, you mentioned that you are using custom APN, and the same for all three MR600 units, may I know if all the three Vodafone SIM cards are the same package as well? Please try to swap the SIM cards to see if the issue always happens on the specific two SIM cards or on the specific two MR600 units.

 

In addition, if you delete the custom APN profile and use default APN, will it connect to the internet?

Maybe router have compatibility issue with custom apn.

Default APN profile is different and it's working.

Tried same sim with custom apn to another mobile and 4g router and it's working.

How can i update ISP profiles?
