RE700X sometimes uses Wifi 6 (AX) and sometimes uses Wifi 5 (AC)

I just installed and configured my brand new Wifi Extender RE700X, first it was broadcasting a Wifi 5 (AC) signal, but somehow after a couple of days it automatically switched to a Wifi 6 (AX) signal and i really noticed the speed boost. I do have a Wifi 6 (AX) wireless adapter (MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN Card) on my laptop and i was even notified by W11 notification bar that i was connected to a Wifi 6 signal.
Now it's broadcasting a Wifi 5 (AC) again and can't find the way to force it to always use / broadcast a Wifi 6 (AX), where or how can i do it?
