Hi,
Again i'm requesting a little after-sale service for we the customers who bought the router Tp Link Archer C58HP
We need a bandwidth control that is really useful.. corrections to the traffic monitor are needed too, bandwidth use shows erratic, values of the upload/download speeds doesn't refresh by itself or refresh too late... the name of some devices shows erratic... the connection source of some devices shows erratic(appears like "undefined") ... and some more that by now cannot remember... This device model was put on the market and immediately, so a bit of attention will be appreciated
Router sometimes and randomly doesn't 'know' the name of some devices,but the worst is that not even knows if the device is connected by wire o via wireless...
The "real-time" rate monitor does not work well.. you have to clic "refresh" to see really the bandwidth usage of the devices at that instant (i have a 20$'s wr844n and it shows the network use really in real-time refreshing by itself every 1 second)
Values of the speeds show in grammar mistakes, correct prefixes for common network SPEEDS are Kb/s, Mb/s, KB/s, MB/s... not simply "B", "KB" or "M"... we must be serious and clear in this type of details...
