Model: M7350
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hi. i have my M7350 for almost 6 years now, but i havent used it for the last two years. recently i turned it on but it is stuck on "Initializing". the wifi is not being turned on, so i cant go to setting page and update firmware, i have tried resetting using the button on back but it didnt help. when connect it to a pc on linux specifically, it detects a network connection but the DHCP service on the modem isnt working so i dont get an IP or access to settings page. i have read somewhere that you can reflash the firmware using adb and other tools, but i'm having trouble with that(adb cant recognize the device). any ideas what i can do?

thanks.

Hi, could you please double-check the hardware version of your M7350 on the product label inside the device? is it V1 or other versions?

I am sorry, there is no firmware recovery for M7350 V1, since it has been using for 6 years, which should be out of the warranty, I am afraid you will need to purchase a new one if necessary.
