I have a problem with  my wifi extender cannot reset at all. 

Power button all no function. Only have power light 

Anyone can help to solve this or have this problem before can help!

Hi, power LED is solid on, right? since signal led, 2.4G and 5G LEDs are off, it means the extender is not connected to any host network.

Are you able to see the extender WiFi signal on client devices? If so, please connect to the extender WiFi and try to set it up again.

 

If you are unable to see any extender WiFi, please try to reset the extender to factory defaults: with the extender plugged in, use a pin to press and hold reset hole for 1 second to reset the extender, you will see power LED starts flashing.

Yes, only have power led. 

Didn't in the list of wifi. 

I try to factory reset but cannot also.

Hi, I am afraid the extender is defective since no any wifi signal even after factory reset, please contact the retailer where you bought it to check warranty and get it replaced.
