Hi, based on the screenshot, when DNS172.24.24.164 resolve timeout, another DNS 8.8.8.8 resolve succeed at the same time, and then after a few seconds, DNS 172.24.24.164 resolve succeed as well. May I know if internet stops working completely at that moment? or just some ping packet loss?
And will it recover automatically within a few seconds?
Besides, please go to Advanced->Network->LAN Settings, try to configure primary DNS as 8.8.8.8, secondary DNS 8.8.4.4, then save it.
If problem still exists, please also check for firmware update to update the latest firmware:

Hi, did you update firmware version as well? If so, what is the current hardware and firmware version of your MR100?
Besides, when the log shows DNS resolve time out, may I know if internet stops working completely on all client devices at that moment? or just some ping packet loss? And will it recover automatically within a few seconds?
Please provide as much problem details as possible.
In addition, may I know the ISP of your SIM card? and do you have any other LTE device available for comparison?
If not, please confirm if you have any other different SIM card for testing.
