My Archer C6 v3.20 keep disconnecting from internet through ethernet cable to my pc. But wireless connectivity stay connected with my phone. I tried many things like

1. ping testing wirelessly and with wire. wireless connectivity seems fine.

2. rebooting,

3. factory resetting,

4. bought a new cable

But the problem stay same. I also keep its firmware up to date. What should I do now?
