vr400 firmware upgrade 4503 error!!!??

Hi,
after many hours of trying and reading I must ask here how to fix this stupid problem, very stupid, and I must say that after I used few TP-LINK routers, some very old and some new, new look better, hardware is maybe better but software is still very bad!!!
I try all avaliable firmware EU versions, because I have vr400 EU version but always answer is 4503 error, why??? How to fix it???
Some users here said 4503 error mean wrong firmware region but how to find from which region to download firmware???? Why you do not have it at router label??? I have used router and I do not know where it was ordered but at label it said it is EU but EU firmware version not working!
I hope that somebody know how to fix this problem.

I got this device with this firmware and somebody used it before me and I do not know where was first order but on bottom label I can read that it is EU version!
How you know that current firmware is for AU region and for hardware 2.1?
