Association between routers to have the same network

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to connect two routers to have the same network? Each router has a fixed public IP address.
We have a server with a router and a client with another router, to enter the server we must have access on port.
Our router is TL-MR100.

May I know how your two MR100 connects to the internet? Are they on different sites with the same ISP?
Besides, are their fixed public IP address indeed public IP? or private IP/CGNAT IP address?
If they are indeed public IP address, you could configure port forwarding on the MR100 with the server to open those ports for the server, then the client on another router will be able to access the server remotely.
