Hello everyone,

 

I have a TL-WPA4221 KIT (didn't have that option on the "model" bar while creating this thread) and I can't connect to the login page in order to change the SSID and Password for the same as my router.

 

Everytime I try to access www.tplinkplclogin.net I got the following page:

 

The extender is working fine (Wi-Fi and Ethernet) and everytime I tried to access this page I was connected via wi-fi to it.

 

I also tried to instal Tether app on my phone but, although I'm connected to the router via wi-fi, the app can't find it.

 

Does someone know how to solve this?

Hi, powerline devices are not compatible with Tether App, you could try tpPLC App instead.

 

Or refer to the following guide to customize the wireless settingts via tpPLC Utility on computers
