Can't access (login) to web interface
Can't access (login) to web interface
I can't login to main deco router.
I can login to satelites.
Login freezes on second XHR request (login) that are trying http://192.168.0.1/cgi-bin/luci/;stok=/login?form=login, and it ends up with timout.
I already restarted all deco units (also removing them from power).

Ok. The issue is now fixed for me.
1. I updated each of the satellites via web client to 1.6.0 BETA lets call them number 2,3,4,5,6
2. I made X55 number 2 the main deco, network resets
3. Update router the main router #1, now a satellite, to 1.6.0
4. Physically swapped the units
5., Re-labelled the locations
After a few minutes all good. Client bug and web UI bug fixed.
Hope this helps @dmk

@dmk Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
The default LAN IP address of the main Deco should be 192.168.68.1. Did you change the LAN IP address under Deco APP>More>Advanced to 192.168.0.1?
You could also try to access the main Deco via http://tplinkdeco.net.
Best regards.

@David-TP it's not address problem - my subnet is on 0.*
As I mentioned - I CAN login to two other deco units, but CAN'T login to main unit. It happend after upgrading to 1.5.5, so something is broken with firmware. I can't event update to beta one because app didn't have this option.
Login page opens normally, login request (XHR) is beeing sent to backend, but second request is ending up without response (yes, tryied different browsers like chrome, ff, edge etc.).

@David-TP , I have exactly the same problem as mentioned above - same firmware on X50 v1
Login on main Deco times out, the others I can connect to
Has this been addressed in the meantime? Without access to the Deco web UI I am even not able to install a beta firmware if one would be available
thanks!

Hi, Thank you very much for the notification. Sorry for the delay. (You could try to leave me a message next time~)
By the way, if there is only the main Deco X50( temporarily unplug the two satellite Deco units), would it make any difference?
I couldn't figure out what happened and would like to follow up on your case via email to ask the senior engineer for more advice.
Please check later whether you could receive my email.
Best regards.

I have the same issue. I have 6x X55 units (4 of which connected by Ethernet) and an X50 Outdoor.
I can connect to each of the satellite X55's but not login to the Main X55 or X50 Outdoor.
Running 1.5.5 on X55 and 1.2.6 on Outdoor.
