Hi, I have ax73 device.
Parantel controls, which are free with the latest update, have been made paid.
I've been using it for free for a year.
I bought the device for children.

At the time of purchase, it was said that this service is free for life, only advanced security features are paid.
Turkey customer service is not helpful. They just say mail it.

Please help.

Upgrading to HomeShied Pro paid service will have more advanced parental control features, but you should still have the basic parental control function without paying for the HomeShield Pro service.

Refer to How to set up the HomeShield Parental Controls feature on a TP-Link Router/Deco

Unfortunately, basic parental checks have also been made paid.

  @Sunshine Hello,

Step to Step my problem. My latest firmware 1.02 upgrade 1.0.8

My devices Ax73 v2

As you can see, all parent control options are free.
after update

all services are paid. I contacted TPlink Turkey.

They say that the problem is caused by the tplink china, they sent an e-mail, but there was no response from the tplink china.

There is no information in the box content of the device that a free service can be made paid later.

according to the laws in Turkey. These services are supposed to be free, as is the case at the time of purchase.

I was very satisfied until the software update came from the device.

I bought the device to protect my children. I have used many tplink products. In fact, my first internet modem was tplink. This is the first time I have made a support request from customer service. I didn't get results.

If I can't find a solution I will have to return the device.

Good Works.
