Model: TD-W9960
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.8.0 v009d.0 Build 220621 Rel.58110n

i had td 8151n , replaced it with td 9960 (due to ethernet port failure, modem itself is okay)

with this new 9960 my upstream maxrate is 1000 kbps

with the old 8151n it is 2200 kbps

how can i solve this issue ?

updated to the latest firmware version

Thanks

  @Me0

Hi, is the upstream rate you mentioned the DSL link rate displayed on the status page, or speedtest results via wired or wireless connection?

Please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page to check the DSL line information as well.

In addition, what is the upstream and downstream bandwidth you paid? and is the TD-8151N still with you now?
