I noticed that it was set high I did some tests from high to low and I must say that by choosing medium the speed in both 2.4ghz and 5ghz improved. I know that the speed depends on many factors from the choice of channel up to mhz. However, I noticed that it is more stable and my speed increased by putting medium rather than high.
