Hello, I'm having trouble with my newly bought router which is the Archer c80, my internet is very unstable and when i ping get a lots of request time out, when i connect my old router, tl-wr840n i have very stable internet and ping but when i switched the C80 it's so unstable, here is a ping a i recently done.

@Sunshine you can see here in the attached photo, the default gateway is 172.16.0.1
Yes the Internet is connected but there is a huge packet loss, when i ping 8.8.8.8 it also gets a packet loss whenever 172.16.0.1 gets a packet loss. I think the problem here is router to modem/poe injector the led indicator doesn't turn orange when a packet loss occurs, i also suspect that the router is defective or faulty

1. When you use the old router as main router, what is the WAN/Internet IP address, subnet mask and default gateway? and who is your ISP please?
2. Please reset the new router Archer C80 to factory defaults by holding reset button until all LEDs turn on, then connect it as main and configure PPPoE again, if the problem still exists, please clone the old router's WAN MAC address to the new router to see if it helps:
1) find the old router's WAN MAC on Status->WAN or Internet part:
2) On the new router, go to Advanced->Network->Internet->MAC Clone, choose "Use Custom MAC Address", then enter the old router's WAN MAC.
