I have no single idea why It's not there, Can someone help me please?
I watched a video on youtube and someone WITH the same router I have *VR300* Using it

I doubt that the model was VR300. If you read through VR300 user guides for HW v1, v1.20 and v2 you'll see that there's only a Bandwidth control implemented.

Yes, IP Address Reservation is mandatory when introducing the Bandwidth limit feature.

There's no QoS on VR300, but look at that:

 

 

There is a Bandwidth Control, which I believe is better as a feature.

Here's more details in the device user guide (Chapter 9).

Thank you, I will try to use the bandwidth control instead, but im Facing the issue of ips getting changed If I do Ip reservations will that issue get fixed?
