Packet Loss - Current Upload Rate Higher than Max?

Packet Loss - Current Upload Rate Higher than Max?
Hi, I am struggling in online games with packet loss/desync a lot of the times - I've set up QoS which has helped a little bit but I notice that on my advanced Status that the Current KBPS upload rate is higher than the Max?

I reset it just before taking this and I normally have numbers in the Errors (packets).
