Hi, welcome to the community. There hasn't been any updated news of the firmware release plan on Deco X60 V2 so it is very likely the firmware will not be ready in a short time.
Since the VPN features follow the main Deco if you add a new Deco that supports VPN features, like Deco X50 V1/1.2, The whole Mesh system will start supporting VPN features.
