Advice for fire station
Good morning, I'm a volunteer for a Rural Fire Brigade and we are upgrading our current NBN connection to fttp next week. We will be connected to a good quality high speed ISP. We are located on an island.
As you would imagine the Brigade station is a metal building containing lots of large metal objects. The NBN connection comes into the front office and we have a wired ethernet connection to an external building - our training room - slightly less than 100metres away.
Looking for some advice please on a good router for the main office and "wifi server unit" for the training room? The training room is used for a command centre - Police, SES and Fire Brigade in the event of an serious event.
Currently the router in the front office is a Telstra provided standard and the unit in the training room is a TPLink_Pocket 3020.
I want to upgrade both units to be able to get the quality and speed that the new infrastructure from a quality ISP will allow. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks
