Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1

Connection - MyRepublic 10Gbps Gamer
Setup - Nokia 10Gbps ONT connected to TP AXE300 to PC using TP Link TX401 on Aus TUF Gaming X570 Plus motherboard

ISP Technician came twice -

1. tested connection ONT to his own thunderbolt adapter getting 8-9 gbps upload and download.

2. tested connection via Router to his own thunderbolt adapter getting 8gbps down and 8 gbps down

3. tested connection using the cable into my pc - via router to his own thunderbolt adapter also getting 8gbps up and down

4. tested on my pc - direct to modem - 2gbps down and 2 gbps up (prior to drive update was only giving me 300mbps up)

5. tested on my pc - via router - 1.6-1.8 gbps down and 1 gbps up (prior to drive update was only giving me 300mbps up)

Tried reaching to TP-Link support but looks like they are on wits end. Anyone experiencing similar issues?

I am wondering if there is possibility of the following

- Incorrect NIC settings

- Conflict between on-board network card and PCIE network card (TX401)

- I checked only that my motherboard PCIE slot is a gen4 which supports up to 40gbps

I raised this with ISP and is following up with TP-Link.

  @Larry86

Hi,

I have a short question for clarification.

The Thunderbolt 10Gb Ethernet adapter the technician brought with him was plugged into your PC for testing the upload/download speeds (the same PC that has the TX401 network card installed), right?
