Hello,

 

Recently upgraded my Jio postpaid SIM to true 5g trial as welcome offer and since then the router fails to connect to internet even with multiple APN settings and other configs.

 

Request team community to share solutions related to this problem.

Hi, please confirm if your MR400 hardware version is V4.30 on the router bottom label, if so, please refer to the solution on this thread: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G
