So I've been getting like 5-10 mbps with my regular wifi, so I'm thinking about buying the deco e4 but will it boost my wifi?. And another one I still use 4 - 5 wifi will the deco e4 support it?

Deco E4 is up to 100m/s and it could expand the overall wireless coverage. If the total bandwidth is about 10m/s, I don't think Deco E4 could boost the wireless speed and maybe you could try to increase the bandwidth first.
As for "I still use another one I still use 4 - 5 Wi-Fi will the deco E4 support it? ", do you want to know whether Deco E4 supports dual band wifi, like 2.4GHz and 5GHz?

It depends. For normal web browsing and online chatting, 5-10m/s is enough. If you have online gaming or video streaming, It is not sufficient.
As for the WiFi, Deco E4 could only have up to 2 WiFi SSIDs/Networks.
